his dedicated team believe in the quality of their Ice Cream, from
the careful selection of premier milk from local herds to the unique
blend of ingredients combined according to an original recipe brought
from Cassino in Italy by his Grandfather in the 1930's. Mario's father, Joseph, began the manufacture of Ice Cream locally in 1950, and Mario has continued the family tradition to prepare Miele's Ice Cream for further awards and successes with an exquisite range of award winning flavours including Turkish Delight, Apple Pie, Strawberry Yoghurt, Traditional Vanilla and Maple Walnut.
